1.What should I do in order to return a product?

Contact the order management unit to state why you would want to return an order via any of out touch points, such as phone call, web chat or contact form.

2.How much time do I have to return a product to Nediva?

You have up to seven days to raise a return request from the purchase date of the item(s).

3.Who will bear the shipping cost incurred while returning and possibly replacing the item?

If the delivered product meets the specification and description provided as at the purchase time, then the customer would bear any amount incurred. Otherwise, if the product does not meet the specification and description provided as at the purchase time, then Nediva would be bear any amount incurred.

4.Will I get a refund after returning the item?

A replacement with the same or any other item equivalent to or higher than the cost of the returning item if the customer is responsible for the reason for the return. However, if Nediva is responsible, a replacement will be initiated and where there is no suitable replacement, the customer will be advised to take any other item in replacement or get an outright refund.

5.How do I send the product back to Nediva?

Nediva logistics will be completely responsible for picking up the returning item or advise if otherwise.

6.How long will it take to get a replacement or refund?

Replacement will take the same number of days as it is for delivery depending on the location.
